Lezley Barr is a highly accomplished marketing professional. Through her history of success, she has owned, managed and operated many successful businesses in many areas of the country.

Early in her career, Lezley started out as a travel agent based in Hawaii. After learning the travel business and working in it for four years, Lezley returned to Florida. There she took over management of a leading restaurant and lounge, her parents’ business.

Following her success in her family’s business, Lezley relocated to Ann Arbor, Michigan. There she accepted a management position with Estee Lauder Cosmetics and eventually was promoted through the ranks to become the Regional Manager for twenty-seven stores. Along the way Lezley honed her marketing skills which included responsibility for store displays and management of all accounts for Estee Lauder’s Michigan stores.

After leaving Estee Lauder, Lezley started three successful Michigan businesses of her own. At the same time, she trained for and obtained both her Real Estate and Insurance licenses.

In 1996 Lezley returned to South Florida where she is based today. She became a Commercial Realtor focusing her practice on foreclosures, builder models and REO’s. This afforded her access to many commercial and hotel property owners.

Lezley is a key producer for The Rose Group and focuses specifically on securing new projects for the company. Lezley is quite personable and by her own admission has the ‘gift of gab’. Her honest, friendly and professional attitude toward all she meets represents the company in a manner consistent with our ideals.
