Paul Wengert is a past President of the International Investment Recovery Association. He founded Investment Recovery Management, Inc. in 1994 and, sold his company to a “dot com” company in 2000. A retired Air Force Officer, Wengert holds a B.S. AND M.A. in Management. Paul holds the coveted professional designation of "Certified Manager of Investment Recovery" (CMIR) and teaches the "Dispositioning" module to members of the Investment Recovery Association at their bi-annual conferences. Some of his more significant responsibilities include:
- Director, Investment Recovery and Recycling for Phillips Petroleum Corporation (14 years)
